Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Issue and run requests for proposals to vendors\suppliers.
  • Submit purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining various supplier information (supplier map, supplier on –time delivery rating charts, various contracts, and other documentation).
  • Assist in evaluating all the raw material and component parts cost by developing cost analysis charts, supplier bid summary for the cost reduction activity.
  • Assist in researching new suppliers for new projects and existing products.
  • Assist and coordinating invoices payments between suppliers and Accounting department.
  • Follow up with suppliers for late delivery and poor-quality parts.
  • Produce procurement administration reports.
  • Assist with Reports to finance.
  • Track deliveries and communicates data centers globally.
  • Work closely with infrastructure team of Playtech.
  • Work with other group procurement coordinators.
  • Communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization and external contacts.

Qualifications

Components for success. You have...

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a related field
  • BSc./MSc/BA. in Economics, Business Management or related discipline
  • Excellent command of the English language written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Advanced Excel and Word knowledge
