Playtech‘s Casino unit is looking for a proactive Content Delivery Co-ordinator with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Assist in the smooth release of content
• Analyze and handle all issues and change requests for timely delivery of the client scheduled release
• Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product
• Drive external dependencies and their schedule
• Oversee and execute on that process/plan
• Shepherd your customers through the Release process, being mindful of all requirements
• Be able to analyze complex documentation and execute in internal systems
• Support the maintenance of online casino games
• Maintain high level status document for concurrent projects
• Create, maintain and control the client’s schedule and dashboard across all teams
• Analyze and handle all issues and change requests for timely delivery of the client scheduled release.

• Have excellent attention to detail, and an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, able to write clearly and interact well with all levels of audience
• Have strong teamwork, co-ordination, planning and influencing skills
• Have experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Are able to handle various tasks and projects simultaneously
• Are self-driven and able to work at a fast and efficient pace in a dynamic organisation
• Can think proactively and outside the box to provide workable solutions to problems
• Are aware of the team and how individuals are affected by actions.
