Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, creative and passionate Social Media Executive to join our ever-growing Playtech VF2011 team to drive growth and to engage with our brand's social media audience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels across Sun Bingo, Sun Vegas, Fabulous Vegas and Fabulous Bingo brands. Given our commitment to our customers, the qualified candidate will be required to work flexibly in order to maximise our impact across all brand social media channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, innovative and engaging social media strategies 
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all brand's social media channels; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, YouTube and others, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Building a social media community in keeping with the tone of voice of the brands
  • Plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
  • Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the brands
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Undertake and assist in the analysis of audience research with the Data Analytics team
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Work as part of a dynamic team, interacting with product and wider management feeding back suggestions of improvements that are leaned during social media interactions
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyse competitor activity
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance and set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
  • Manage a budget for paid social media activities and optimize return on investment
  • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the wider team
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
  • Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face 
  • Plan your time effectively to capitalize on peak posting times on social media to reach a wider audience and thereby growing the community
  • Working with the Graphic Designers to maximise the impact of the posts, ensuring the visuals and commentary are in accordance with brand guidelines and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Required experience: 

  • Relevant experience in a similar Social Media/Marketing role 
  • Experience with Facebook Ad Manager and Twitter Ads Manager 
  • Knowledge of UK Bingo and Casino betting industry a plus
  • Gaming industry experience an advantage
