Job Description
As a Product Coordinator you will perform a broad range of project management activities with supervision of senior manager. You will work with multiple teams as well as different stakeholders. Your main role will be ensuring the project is done in time, within agreements and established scope.
Responsibilities:
- Perform project management activities with supervision and guidance of senior manager
- Constantly communicate with project stakeholders for requirements clarification, demos, estimations and ETAs
- Define priorities within the project
- Plan project activities and timelines (roadmap, Gantt)
- Support existing workflows and improve if needed
- Make sure defined scope is delivered on time and in agreed volume
- Gather and process clients’ and stakeholders’ feedback
- Escalate risks and issues when senior management intervention is required
- Ensure comfortable working climate within the team
Qualifications
- 1,5+ year of experience in project management/project coordinating
- advanced written and oral English skills
- strong analytical, problem-solving, organisation skills
- proactivity and attentiveness to details
- ability to work efficiently with remote teams
