Job Description
Support the Sales and Project Management (PM) teams in their day to day operational activities, such as maintaining client information and maintaining documentation in the respective CRM/project management system
Create and deliver regular reports as agreed and required on assigned projects
Drive and ensure internal/external signature processes are completed on time
Keep documents, processes, procedures up-to-date for both the Sales and the PM teams
Arrange and manage meetings, travel plans, client or other external engagements
Deal with administrative tasks such as expenses, CRM updates, newsletters etc.
In charge of general office management duties, including the organization of janitorial and other office service providers, office and kitchen supplies and equipment orders
Ensure that all purchases are within budget and approved by a senior member
Manage reception and switchboard as required
Qualifications
1-3 years experience in a similar role
Experienced working in international companies
Comfortable working with G Suite (such as Gmail, Google drive&calendar etc), as well as with Office365
Experience with using platforms and apps such as Slack, MS Teams, Zoom
Previous Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
Self-motivated, confident, organized and prepared
Be strong a team player and work individually as required
Excellent communicator, fluency in English and German is a must
