Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi Concept General Manager to join our team in Latta, United States. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial success across all locations.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across all concepts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain a positive brand image
  • Implement and oversee inventory management systems across all concepts
  • Participate in menu development and pricing strategies to optimize profitability

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple concepts or brands
  • Demonstrated ability to drive financial results and manage P&L responsibilities in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions
  • Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
