The Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for efficient execution of transportation and order fulfillment processes by planning and scheduling loading activities, monitoring delivery progress, and resolving operational issues in real time.

The role will focus on maintaining compliance with Proof of Delivery (POD) requirements by verifying documentation, addressing discrepancies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transportation Planning and Execution (for Pickup customers)
• Proof of Delivery (POD) Compliance and Monitoring
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Process Improvement

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree of any course

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months work experience related to Order Management, Warehouse Operations, Shared Services/Delivery, or Manufacturing is a plus

•  Ability to prioritize and has attention to detail, thorough in completing work tasks
• Has great focus on accuracy, completeness, and value-add for assigned tasks which leads to providing excellent customer experience

• Willing to work in Iligan and is amenable to a 6-month contract.
