Job Description

The Sales Operations Supervisor (SOS) manages critical business processes, including sales data analytics, commission management, and the alignment of sales strategies. The SOS monitors sales KPIs to provide actionable insights for performance improvement. Additionally, the role supports the sales team by optimizing data sets, managing dashboards, and implementing solutions to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data management and analytics.
  • Proven experience with sales operations, ERP Systems (such as SAP), or sales enablement tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, commission structures, and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL or other data query languages is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
