Job Description
The E-Commerce Manager will lead the strategic growth of the Pet Food portfolio across all digital platforms in the Philippines. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the incumbent is responsible for driving online sales targets, managing digital distribution networks (Marketplaces, Quick-Commerce, and D2C), and utilizing data analytics to optimize the path-to-purchase. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical platform knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure product availability and brand visibility in the digital space.
1. Sales & Commercial Management
End-to-end setting up and management of our online stores, including product listings, pricing strategy, and inventory health.
Develop and execute the 2026 sales calendar
Own the P&L for the e-commerce channel, tracking GMV, Net Sales, and contribution margins.
Prepare and achieve annual sales budgets and targets specifically for the e-commerce channel.
Manage online receivables and coordinate with Finance to ensure account settlements according to credit terms.
Prepare monthly e-commerce sales reports, forecasts, and digital customer databases for management review.
2. Channel & Network Development
Build and organize the digital distribution network, maintaining regular contact with online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.) and digital-first pet retailers.
Ensure product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and Production departments for smooth digital inventory replenishment.
Identify and pact with digital KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and social media influencers to drive traffic and brand authority.
3. Digital Marketing & Execution
Co-design and lead online sales campaigns, proposing "quick wins" and feasible digital solutions to increase conversion rates.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies within the e-commerce landscape.
4. Food Safety & Quality Advocacy
Ensure all digital product listings and operations comply with Halal, health, and food safety regulations.
Report any digital feedback regarding pet food quality to the relevant departments for immediate resolution.
Respond rapidly to online customer complaints or technical inquiries to ensure high satisfaction scores on digital platforms.
Qualifications
At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in the petfood Industry or in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) including 5 years of management.
Sales and result oriented with ability to manage budgets.
High work capacity
Fluent in English
