Job Description

  • To check guests in on arrival.
  • To collect, update and verify guest details.
  • To check guests out on departure.
  • To collect payment or ensure payment reflects when a guest is checking into the hotel.
  • To manage and ensure sufficient credit on Guests’ room accounts.
  • To follow daily standard procedures.
  • To take direct & telephonic enquiries and respond accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Highly computer literate with complete Microsoft Office Suite expertise.
  • Previous Hotel experience would be an added advantage.
  • Shift work is an operational requirement.
  • Knowledge of Opera would be advantage.
  • Display proficiency in Maths and English.

Additional Information

  • Required to work in a smoking environment.
  • Shift work is an operational requirement.
  • Will be required to obtain a Gaming Board Licence from the Limpopo Gaming Board
