Job Description

  • Load delivery vans with packages in an organized and safe manner

  • Deliver packages by driving, parking, and safely stepping in and out of the vehicle throughout the day

  • Follow predefined routes using presorted packages for efficient delivery

  • Operate an electronic device for GPS navigation, scanning, and delivery tracking

  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company safety standards

  • Perform routine vehicle safety checks before and after routes

  • Greet and interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and positive manner

  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle

  • Report any incidents, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries

Qualifications

  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU Driving Licence (manual or automatic)

    • Maximum of 6 penalty points

    • No active IN, DR, or TT codes

  • Must be able to lift and deliver packages up to 23 kg

  • Physically capable of using stairs and handling deliveries in multi-level buildings

  • Able to commute to and from the delivery station, as vans (where provided) are kept overnight at the station

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude

  • Must be at least 19 years old
