Job Summary

Join our transformative team as a highly motivated, ownership-driven Senior Staff Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing how Cloud Infrastructure and Platforms are built, contributing to cutting-edge platform SaaS solutions and SDKs. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a team that is redefining the future of cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the design and architecture of platform SaaS solutions and SDKs, leveraging both internal and open-source technologies.
  • Implement and deliver robust, distributed systems to build scalable Infrastructure Platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment and drive project success.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architecture, design, and configuration.
  • Operate within an agile delivery methodology to ensure timely and iterative development cycles.
  • Explore, integrate, and contribute to open-source projects to enhance our platform capabilities.
  • Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to internal teams and stakeholders to foster self-sufficiency.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of professional software engineering experience in a distributed environment.
  • Excellent development experience in Python or Go.
  • Proficient in full-stack development with a modern frontend framework (e.g., React).
  • Demonstrated experience in API development using web frameworks such as FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (k8s).
  • Experience working with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a strong understanding of cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with in-memory cache systems like Redis.
  • Experience with messaging/queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and technologies (e.g., RAG, Agents).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Helm.
  • Experience with large-scale monitoring systems and various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
