What will you do?

  • Handle the end-to-end Onboarding Customer Enterprise (Training Requirement, Training Preparations, Training Process and Check In)
  • Active to prepare the Training Needs for Customer Enterprise with a specific Requirement and Success Matrix
  • Active to learn new features found in our product and ensure the Training Material is always up to date

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Diploma Degree in any major
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Familiar with Transport Management System (TMS)
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and leading enterprise-level projects.
  • Strong expertise in handling enterprise customers and engaging with business owners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and technologies.
