• Work cross functional to translate business needs into data requirements and output (dashboard, metrics, analysis)
• Ensure data accuracy, and consistency throughout different key metrics
• Build data governance and process improvement on company level to improve its reliability
• Build and improve data platform to make it easier for stakeholders to access and use
• Proactively generate idea and new insights for internal and external stakeholder
• Generate reports to aid management decision making process
• Manage short term and long term data roadmap planning

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields include: Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science & Data Analytics
• Min. 5 years of experience as Data Analyst or Data Strategy
• Proficient in using data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, etc.
• Good knowledge / understanding including SQL programming language, Microsoft Excel usage, and database management
• Having robust strategic and analytical skills, also intellectual curiosity
• Ability to translate business logic to clear data definition
• Detailed oriented and able to provide accurate calculation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Undersanding ETL is a plus
