Job Description

TA Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse during 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive team performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, inventory control, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced logistics environment.


Days and Shift Information
• 3rd Shift + $3 Shift Differential
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Resolve shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods promptly
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on performance, productivity, and attendance
  • Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
  • Coordinate and communicate daily workload with team members and departments

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, warehouse environment
  • Physical activity required, including lifting up to 33 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a demanding and dynamic setting

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics setting
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems; Oracle and/or ASC experience preferred

Pay/Benefits/Perks

  • Hourly Rate: $21.20/hour
  • Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
  • Two weeks’ vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary
