Job Description

We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Coordinator of the Project Expense Management department. 

Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria

Scope of responsibilities

  • Verification and processing of country expense reports submitted by PSI entities
  • Ensuring reports comply with PSI’s and clients’ requirements
  • Production of accrual reports for study passthrough costs
  • Providing cumulative passthrough reports and advance reconciliations to Project Teams at the agreed periodicity or upon request
  • Performing final reconciliation of project passthrough costs due to the project closure or termination
  • Completion of miscellaneous administrative and clerical tasks

Qualifications

  • College or University degree
  • Prior clerical or document management experience
  • Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR) B2 level in English
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, including MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and perform multi-task activities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and in team
