  • Review and comment on in-progress or updated architectural and structural details before issuance, ensuring alignment with Requests for Information (RFIs), Bulletins, or Architect’s Supplemental Instructions (ASIs).
  • Collaborate with the team to address any issues that arise during the design phase that could impact the project.
  • Coordinate with the field team, including General Superintendents, to integrate lessons learned into new projects and adjust details or specifications, as necessary.
  • Review project specifications and attend specification review meetings to ensure they are aligned with best practices and field realities.
  • Meet regularly with internal teams to review procedures, drawing review schedules, and coordinate the incorporation of design changes.
  • Assist with responding to field issues and questions as they arise, ensuring a quick and effective resolution.
  • Participate in pre-construction and subcontractor buyout meetings when required to provide expertise on potential field and design coordination challenges.
