Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Intern – People Experience to join our HR team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will manage key steps in the employee lifecycle including offer management, seamless onboarding and background verification (BGV) processes. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing large datasets and ensuring continuous audit readiness through documentation and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer Management: Validate required details and supporting documents received from the recruitment team before releasing candidate offer letters.
- Onboarding: Process new hires in the HRMS by verifying the submission form and activating employee profiles
- Compliance Support: Coordinate with the Compliance team for seamless Provident Fund (PF) mapping and ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) enrolment processes.
- Stakeholder Support: Connect with internal teams and new joiners to resolve document queries quickly and keep onboarding moving smoothly.
- BGV: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure BGV initiations and closures meet target TATs; Follow up with HR Business Partners to resolve document discrepancies or obtain clarifications during the process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manage large employee databases and perform reconciliations.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and process compliance
- Structured work practices and strong service orientation to ensure task completion within defined TATs.
- Should be able to handle sensitive and confidential employee data.
