We are looking for ambitious students from data, digital management, AI, business informatics,  technology, and engineering backgrounds to join our vibrant student team. As a junior consultant, you’ll join experienced colleagues and work directly with clients from day one. 

You’ll tackle real client challenges across diverse industries and the public sector – exploring how AI can drive business value, supporting digital transformation journeys, evaluating technologies, delivering impactful data insights, contributing to digital strategies, and helping translate technical possibilities into strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with both technology and business specialists, while also taking ownership of your own analyses, deliverables, and responsibilities. This hands-on experience gives you a unique opportunity to accelerate your professional and personal growth. 

As a junior consultant, you will be involved in many different types of tasks such as:  

• Delivering client projects together with a team of experienced consultants.  

• Applying data analytics, AI and other digital knowledge to concrete business and organisational challenges.  

• Supporting development of digital project management, analytical models, prototypes, tools, and data-driven solutions. 

• Translating complex technical findings into actionable insights, clear presentations, and recommendations for clients. 

• Working alongside business, digital, and technology specialists on transformation journeys. 

• Contributing ideas and materials for proposals and business development across PA’s sectors. 

• Helping facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions, internally and externally. 

• Engaging users and stakeholders to ensure solutions are relevant, practical, and easy to adopt. 

You will be challenged from the beginning, but you will not be expected to know everything from day one. You will get to work both independently and in teams within a flexible working environment with a deep understanding of your studies. As a student, you will be part of a professional workplace while also having the opportunity to join weekly social activities.

Your employment starts with a thorough introduction to PA and consulting. From day one, you will also have a dedicated manager and buddy to support your development and help you pursue the areas and projects that match your interests. 
 

• You are in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or the first year of your master's degree.  

• You study digital management, data science, business informatics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, AI/machine learning or another relevant discipline. 

• You are methodically and analytically strong and have the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with and solve complex problems.  

• You are among the most talented in your year. 

• You are ambitious, enthusiastic, and motivated to deliver great results.  

You have good interpersonal and communication skills, and you are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
