Job Description
We’re looking for a B2B marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in Denmark. As Marketing Manager you will be focused on strengthening PA’s visibility and supporting business growth. Your role will cover the full marketing mix with a strong focus on thought leadership, digital marketing, and impactful events. You’ll be part of a Nordic and global team that delivers campaigns, strengthens client relationships, and drives growth across sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, professional services environment and enjoys contributing to marketing strategy in a hands-on way, influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable impact.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a local marketing strategy that aligns with PA’s broader brand and business goals. You will have full ownership of local marketing – from strategy development to execution. In your daily role you’ll work closely with sector and service experts, leveraging insights and best practice activities to unlock market opportunities and support the Danish team’s growth ambitions.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Nordic marketing team and with specialists in PR, thought leadership, digital, and our in-house creative studio to bring ideas to life. With a strong mix of curiosity, resilience, and team spirit, you’ll help us build alignment across diverse teams and deliver marketing that truly makes a difference.
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 3 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
Responsibilities include:
- Event management – You’ll plan, conceptualise, and execute PA’s full event portfolio in Denmark – from smaller roundtables to larger brand-building events.
- Digital marketing & campaigns – You’ll drive digital marketing across websites, CRM, and our automation platform (Marketo) with a focus on lead generation and campaign performance. The role includes facilitating training and coaching colleagues in best practice use of LinkedIn and strengthening brand advocacy through sharing relevant content.
- Strategic planning – You’ll identify opportunities and insights to shape integrated marketing activities that elevate PA’s brand, position us as a trusted partner for our clients, and generate demand for our services in Denmark.
- Campaign execution – You’ll lead and deliver campaigns across digital and physical channels, including events, web, and social media, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
- Content and thought leadership – You’ll collaborate with our local experts to develop and package content that resonates with key audiences and contributes to meaningful conversations in the market – ranging from in-depth reports to bite-sized content for our website, as well as videos, client stories, and targeted formats/content for social media.
- Brand – You’ll act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing activities reflect and strengthen PA’s purpose and identity.
- Operational excellence – You’ll manage marketing plans, budgets, and report on performance, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Hands-on delivery – This is a practical role where you’ll be close to the work, actively contributing to growth through smart, well-executed marketing.
Real impact – You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy in Denmark and the Nordics.
