Job Description

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Director will own the end-to-end digital growth charter—driving demand generation, brand acceleration, and revenue pipeline impact for AI, Cloud, DevOps, and Platform Engineering services.

This role requires a hands-on, AI-first marketing leader who can build scalable, data-driven growth engines, leveraging modern marketing technologies and AI to accelerate pipeline and market presence globally.

Works closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to deliver measurable impact across inbound, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute digital marketing strategy aligned to pipeline goals.
  • Lead PPC/SEM, ABM programs, and use AI for Content, SEO, website optimization, and CRO.
  • Drive content creation (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars).
  • Strengthen brand presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
  • Own HubSpot/CRM, automation, reporting, and campaign analytics.
  • Lead a small digital & content team, manage agencies and budgets.
  • Build thought leadership and Strengthen brand presence
  • Drive co-marketing with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI ecosystem partners.
  • Execute webinars, events, and partner campaigns.
  • Optimize event ROI using data and AI insights.

Experience & Qualification:

  • 10–15+ years in B2B digital marketing with leadership experience.
  • Strong experience in AI, Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT Services marketing.
  • Proven track record of pipeline generation in global markets (US/EMEA/APAC).
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, ABM, and marketing automation platforms.

Mandatory AI Capability

  • Hands-on, day-to-day usage of AI tools in marketing workflows is non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI for:
    • Content generation & personalization
    • Campaign optimization & performance marketing
    • Funnel analytics & predictive insights
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Ability to scale marketing outcomes using AI + automation.

This is a high-ownership role with direct leadership visibility and freedom to experiment with AI-led growth strategies.
