We are seeking a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of an AI-driven cybersecurity system. Your role will be pivotal in devising intelligent solutions that automate the intricate task of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats across the cyber kill chain. By leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms and data analytics, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of AI and cyber experts to construct robust models capable of dissecting complex threat patterns, thereby significantly augmenting threat detection and response capabilities. Your innovative contributions play a crucial role in developing a sophisticated AI system that empowers cybersecurity teams to automatically map the progression of threat actors through a network. Through your collaborative efforts with this cross-functional team, you will help translate cutting-edge machine learning research into actionable security insights, ensuring a fortified defense against a diverse spectrum of cyber threats.

• Expertise in Python building AI models utilizing tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Proven track record of building production-grade MLOP workflows using tools like TensorFlow Extended, Kubeflow, MLFlow, etc. 
• Extensive knowledge of building LSTMs, Transformers, and Autoencoders
• Strong background in harnessing tools like Apache Kafka to build streaming data pipelines for ML applications
• Experience using end-to-end ML cloud platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Google Vetex AI, or Azure Machine Learning

Education / Experience / Certifications:

• A BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence. Masters/PhD preferred. 
• Served as the senior principal or technical lead of an AI / ML team

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with and experience building AI models for cybersecurity applications
• Designing and engineering SIEM/SOAR detection algorithms
• Familiarity with DOD cybersecurity regulations and systems
