• Collaborate with designers, developers and testers in an agile environment to deliver Sales Performance Management solutions
• Design testing strategies as necessary
• Work with automation tools to implement the tests, trigger and analyze regressions using our customized continuous integration setup
• Manage Linux based testing environments
• Fix the test script issues
• Use Jira for defect reporting and tracking, Confluence for documentation

• 3-6 year’s software quality control experience.
• Experience testing Web based, n-tier application software.
• Experience with SQL Server/Oracle and relational database systems.
• Knowledge of java as programming language.
• Knowledge of web technologies like html, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium is a desired.
• Excellent detail orientation, problem solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, testing techniques and quality processes.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and creating user acceptance tests.
• Ability to coordinate and work successfully with a global team.
• Experience of working in agile projects, knowledge of scrum.
• Experience with Team City, Gradle, Jenkins is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality metrics is a plus.
• Required: BTech/BE, Preferred: Masters
