We are looking for a motivated and experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in the water/wastewater or water resources market in Arizona. As the ideal candidate, you will be an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for building and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality work.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

• Managing and mentoring a team of professionals and technical staff.
• Serving as the lead project manager, focusing on project execution, winning repeat work, and managing key client accounts.
• Supporting marketing and business development efforts to promote the team's success.
• Promoting efficiencies in producing quality work.
• Providing technical expertise in water/wastewater or water resources to support the team's success.

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry, with at least 4 years of experience serving as a project manager.
• Registration as a professional engineer.
