Looking for a challenging and rewarding career? Look no further than Olsson! We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician to join our team. As a CMT Senior Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop your skills in geotechnical and construction materials testing.

In this position you will independently perform advanced-level construction materials and testing work with occasional advice from a supervisor. You will have the opportunity to mentor efforts of less-experienced staff, travel to various jobs sites, and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

You'll be responsible for managing report preparation and file management for multiple projects, interpreting plans and specifications from various disciplines, and assisting with project management.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred
• 6 years’ experience in construction observation, inspection, and testing
• ACI Grade 1, ATTI Level 1  and Nuclear Gauge certifications preferred
• Laboratory Certification (ACI/ATTI) is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
