Job Description
As Olsson continues to grow, we are excited to keep adding to our Recruiting team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will work with leaders across our footprint on specific recruiting strategies to source, attract, and recruit talent to our high-performance culture. You are accountable for a full-cycle recruiting strategy that includes sourcing highly qualified candidates through a variety of channels, conducting phone screens and interviews, offer letter preparation and negotiation, and coordinating all pre-employment screens. In addition, you will identify, develop, and implement innovative sourcing strategies for key roles that result in a quality talent pipeline, collaborate with HR leaders on the workforce demand to meet overall business and service area objectives, as well as foster and maintain relationships. To be successful in this role, you will need to be nimble and be able to shift focus quickly. This role requires the ability to manage a fast-paced requisition load and be able to strategically partner with leaders on future hiring needs. There will be occasional travel to regional offices, as needed.
We currently have one opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Denver, CO, Kansas City, MO, or Overland Park, KS office locations.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting required, staffing agency experience helpful
- Strong business acumen to guide effective recruitment decisions
- Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Previous recruiting in engineering experience preferred
