Job Description

Expeditors are passionate and extremely knowledgeable about food. Working with little supervision the Expeditor ensures the line is ready for and during service. Through multi-tasking, listening and communicating this position confirms all food leaves the kitchen to O&B standards. An expeditor has great attention to detail and a fantastic sense of organization.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set-up and stock the line so it is ready for and during service
  •  Communicate to the back and front of house special requests and modifications
  •  Monitor food quality, presentation and ensure all food leaves the kitchen to O&B standards
  •  Monitor cleanliness of station and ensure all materials and area are clean and free from clutter
  •  Follow all food safety standards and systems
  • Close the line and complete side duties
  • Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

  • Prior Expeditor experience preferred or similar experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Full time evening availability
  •  Able to spend 100% of the time standing
  • Able to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills

*This role is $20.00/hour plus weekly gratuities based on sales
