Our production plant in Poland, opened in 2018, supplies millions of high-end clamps, rings and ‘Quick Connectors’ solutions to customers in the vehicle and manufacturing industries. Our team is responsible for the V-Clamps and Straps product groups. These are used mostly for exhaust systems and tank fixation systems in the vehicle powertrain. Strengthen our team in Legnickie Pole (Legnica) at the earliest possible date!
Job Description
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including supporting job description creation, posting job advertisements, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring feedback.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee entry and exit from the organization.
- Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives, including events and local recruitment activities.
- Handle day‑to‑day HR administrative operations, including preparation of employment documentation and maintenance of accurate and up‑to‑date personnel files.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage HR and payroll documentation in cooperation with an external service provider, ensuring compliance with labor law, data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and update HR data, attendance records and employee information in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–3 year experience in HR (recruitment, administration or generalist roles)
- Good knowledge of Polish labor law.
- Familiar with Human Resources database systems.
- Committed, cheerful, and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality.
- English proficiency at a level enabling effective everyday communication.
