Talent Acquisition Specialist Oetiker Group
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Oetiker Group, you will be instrumental in enhancing our global recruitment strategies, optimizing technological tools, and advancing our vacancy reporting and talent acquisition processes. This role demands a proactive approach to managing global recruitment requirements, with a particular focus on acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for challenging and unique roles. You will play a crucial part in transitioning our practices from regional to global standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all talent acquisition standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Recruitment Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with local HR teams to adapt and implement global recruitment strategies that meet regional needs. Ensure alignment of local practices with global objectives and best practices.
- Sourcing and Talent Pool Development: Advise on advanced sourcing techniques and tools. Assist local HR teams in developing and maintaining talent pools for hard-to-fill or high-priority roles, leveraging both global and regional networks.
- Technology Integration and Optimization: Support the effective use of global Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Help with system configurations, report generation, and troubleshooting to optimize technology use.
- Training and Best Practices: Conduct training sessions on global recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate engagement strategies. Share insights on effective recruitment tools and platforms.
- Process Standardization: Assist in standardizing recruitment processes to ensure consistent candidate experience and reporting. Consult on the creation and implementation of global recruitment policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Support local HR teams in analyzing recruitment metrics and vacancy reports. Offer insights to improve local recruitment strategies and performance.
- Candidate Experience Enhancement: Collaborate on strategies to improve the candidate experience. Share effective communication, feedback, and engagement techniques.
- Recruitment Challenges and Solutions: Serve as a consultant for complex recruitment challenges, including niche and high-volume roles. Provide solutions based on global experience and market trends.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from local HR teams to drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or HR certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in global or multi-national environments. Demonstrated experience as a Subject Matter Expert for hard-to-fill or unique roles is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in global Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in system configuration and optimization. Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools, with a strong understanding of global recruitment metrics and KPI reporting.
- Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale projects, including system integrations, process improvements, and policy development. Ability to lead project teams and manage milestones effectively.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships globally.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to optimize recruitment processes and reporting accuracy.
