Our production plant in Poland, opened in 2018, supplies millions of high-end clamps, rings and ‘Quick Connectors’ solutions to customers in the vehicle and manufacturing industries. Our team is responsible for the V-Clamps and Straps product groups. These are used mostly for exhaust systems and tank fixation systems in the vehicle powertrain. Strengthen our team in Legnickie Pole (Legnica) at the earliest possible date!

Job Description

As Financial/Production Controller EMEA you are part of an international team of Controllers. Your will be the Business Partner for the 4 production facilities in Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Spain). As the first point of contact for any question regarding Costing you support production reaching their cost and efficiency targets. You will also be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the manufacturing costs and inventory and conduct deviation analysis.

As Financial/Production Controller EMEA your main responsibility will include:

  • Maintain & update in SAP all relevant parameters, to secure the accuracy of Standard Costs (Material Master)
  • Managing Standard Cost calculation process in the EMEA plants
  • Analysis of production order variances
  • Actual/Plan comparison including deviation analysis and review of such together with department heads (account/cost center level)
  • Monitoring and Analysis of production costs
  • Contribution Margin and Profitability Analysis
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including account analysis and inventory evaluation
  • Interpretate, visualize and comment of results and data
  • Strong collaboration with accounting team and production department heads
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the plants in EMEA region
  • Support establishing CAPEX applications and post implementation analysis
  • Participation in global projects and cooperation with other Production Controllers

 

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO (SAP S/4 HANA will be further a plus)
  • You have at least 3 years professional experience on a production controller position 
  • Strong experience in standard cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a production or supply chain environment.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets and financial modeling.
  • A strategic thinker who can provide insights and recommendations to optimize operations and drive business improvements.
  • A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and leadership.
  • A motivated and autonomous professional, eager to take on new projects and support business growth.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • The role requires 3 days per week physical presence at factory
  • Some Business Travel in Europe
