Responsible for determining manual assembly solution global marketing needs, creating effective global product portfolio strategies, and supporting the Marketing/Sales teams.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Leads manual assembly solution product development/management initiatives.
  2. Collects and consolidates key data (e.g., input from MAMs and portfolio/sales targets) to create a global product marketing view based on product, position, price, and promotion.
  3. Consults, collaborates, and supports staff as it relates to product marketing activities.
  4. Ensures development/maintenance of product information/documentation (i.e., is correct, clear, legally compliant, and available to internal/external customers).
  5. Develops and administers product training.
  6. Provides support for product launches.
  7. Administers/maintains CSE projects.
  8. Develops KPIs and analytics to measure impact and effectiveness of CM activities and digital marketing platforms.
  9. Leads and/or supports Product Marketing initiatives (e.g. establishing new processes)

Qualifications

Predominant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Knowledge of product marketing processes and principles (e.g., promotional strategies).
  2. Profound knowledge of Oetiker manual assembly solutions.
  3. Exceptional project management skills.
  4. Ability to work in and lead x-functional teams (strong communication skills and pro-active approach)
  5. Knowledge of ERP and CRM (e.g., SAP) systems.
  6. Ability to proficiently use Microsoft productivity software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
  7. Ability to speak and write in English at an advanced level.
  8. Ability to investigate, understand, document and communicate complex customer environment (jobs to be done, processes, decision structures), needs and requirements
  9. Ability to work independently in a team environment.
  10. Ability to travel internationally > 40%
  11. Ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliance.

Education Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering; supplemented by business administration post-graduate education
