• 负责生产设备调试，确保生产在安全的环境下，保质、保量进行 。
• 熟练掌握相关生产流程，熟悉产品的生产工艺，熟练使用车间生产工具、量具。
• 根据公司需要，必须考取相关技能的资质证书或掌握相关技能。（例如，叉车、天车证， 砂轮使用等）
• 生产过程中的设备、模具、工艺等问题可以在相关部门的支持下及时解决。
• 设备点检，质量巡检，确保生产过程中的产品质量。
• 维护生产现场的秩序，做好交接班工作（包括工具、量具、机床状态、需特殊关注的事项）。

• 发扬团队精神,完成公司安排的各项工作任务，包括支持生产操作工，保质保量完成生产任务。
• 注重现场5S，能够随时纠正和改善生产现场的各种问题。
• 在生产人员不足时，能够担负起操作工的职责，完成生产任务。
• 加强自身保护，穿戴劳动保护用品，尤其配戴耳塞，防治噪声，保护听力。
• 遵守LSW上的相关要求
• SAP操作系统的相关应用操作。
• 服从领导安排，完成领导交办的其它工作。

• 有特殊工种上岗证者优先
• 掌握冲压机械及模具的知识
• 能徒手重复搬运15公斤货物，能徒手间隔搬运20公斤货物
• 良好的沟通技巧和质量意识
• 自我约束，自我激励，并具有团结，协调同事的能力
• 可接受倒班工作
