Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Play an important role in delivering a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new clients. As part of the Client Onboarding team, you'll coordinate key activities including due diligence, engagement agreements, entity set-up and regulatory applications, while working closely with clients, internal teams and relevant stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey.
This role offers the opportunity to build your knowledge of client onboarding, corporate structures and financial services processes within an international environment. You'll develop strong stakeholder relationships, gain exposure to a variety of client structures and contribute to an efficient transition from onboarding into ongoing administration, while building valuable technical and professional skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding journey, providing clear and professional support from initial engagement through to handover.
- Review due diligence documentation and coordinate with clients to gather the information required to progress onboarding activities.
- Support clients with the completion of forms, questionnaires and business plans as part of the onboarding process.
- Prepare Client Engagement Agreements and coordinate their completion with clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate client creation, billing set-up and related onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate and complete client information and documentation within internal systems.
- Prepare and coordinate entity set-up, incorporation, registration and licensing applications through relevant platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to support the successful onboarding of new client entities.
- Coordinate client handovers to administration teams, supporting a seamless transition into ongoing service delivery.
- Support offboarding and other entity lifecycle activities through the preparation and coordination of relevant documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance onboarding processes, service quality and the overall client journey.

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Law, Management, Finance or a related discipline.
- A professional qualification relevant to corporate or financial services would be beneficial.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience within client onboarding, financial services, corporate services or a related professional environment.
- Understanding of corporate structures, client onboarding processes and financial services regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate client information and delivering a high-quality onboarding experience.
