Job Description

Purpose of the Job

Begin or continue your career in Investor Services by supporting a diverse portfolio of fund clients and investors across a range of fund structures. Working closely with colleagues across Investor Services, Accounting and Compliance teams, you'll play an important role in delivering a seamless investor experience throughout the investor lifecycle, from onboarding and investor maintenance to capital activity and reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your expertise in fund administration and investor services within a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll develop strong stakeholder relationships, gain exposure to a broad range of investor servicing activities and contribute to the delivery of high-quality client outcomes while building valuable technical and professional skills.

Main responsibilities 

  • Support investor onboarding activities, working closely with specialist teams to help deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Maintain investor records and shareholder registers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date within internal systems.
  • Support the delivery of distribution activities across a growing portfolio of fund structures.
  • Prepare investor and client deliverables in line with agreed service schedules.
  • Collaborate with Accounting teams to support capital calls, distributions and other investor-related activities.
  • Assist with the collection and maintenance of FATCA and CRS information, working closely with investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches, while providing a high standard of client service.
  • Support investor reporting activities and contribute to the preparation and distribution of investor communications.
  • Build strong relationships with investors, clients and colleagues, acting as a trusted point of contact for investor-related queries.
  • Develop knowledge of fund structures, regulatory requirements and investor servicing practices across the business.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the investor experience, operational effectiveness and service delivery.
  • Partner with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional client and investor outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
  • ACAMS, ICSA, ACCA qualification, or progress towards a professional qualification, would be beneficial.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Understanding of investor services, fund administration, financial services or a related professional environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with investors, clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of client service.
  • Interest in developing expertise in fund structures, investor servicing processes and the financial services industry.
