Job Description

Purpose of the Job

Develop your career in corporate and trust administration while working with a diverse portfolio of clients and structures. In this role, you'll gain broad exposure to client relationship management, governance, compliance and operational delivery, helping to ensure the smooth administration of trusts and companies. You'll work closely with clients, colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services, contribute to business objectives and support the continued success of your portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your technical knowledge, enhance your client management skills and take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative and professional environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, helping to deliver efficient, compliant and client-focused administration services.
  • Prepare and review corporate documentation, including minutes, resolutions, agreements and other client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing timely support and developing a deeper understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity across client and compliance systems.
  • Support the delivery of services in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and established operational standards.
  • Contribute to the development of colleagues by sharing knowledge, supporting day-to-day queries and acting as a trusted team resource.
  • Assist with billing activities and portfolio administration, including monitoring aged debt positions and supporting strong financial management practices.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance client service and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience  

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, with a degree in a relevant discipline or progress towards a professional qualification such as CGI/ICSA.
  • 2-5 years' experience in company, trust or corporate administration, supported by a solid understanding of trust and company structures.
  • Strong digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and business systems, with the ability to work confidently with client data and records.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented, with strong judgement, accountability and the ability to manage priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, support others and contribute positively to a high-performing team environment.
