Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Join Ocorian's Investor Services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of fund clients. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your leadership expertise with strong technical knowledge, helping to drive the growth and success of investor services operations. You'll work closely with clients, investors and internal teams, leading high-performing professionals while contributing to the delivery of accurate, timely and high-quality investor services in a collaborative and international environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
- Oversee the delivery of investor services activities, ensuring all client commitments and service level agreements are met.
- Provide technical expertise across investor services, including capital activity, investor reporting and FATCA/CRS compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and internal stakeholders, delivering a consistently high standard of service.
- Review and oversee investor transactions, distributions and communications to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance.
- Monitor client deliverables, ensuring they are completed in line with agreed timelines, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, manage and escalate risks or issues where appropriate, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with senior management on strategic projects, operational priorities and the ongoing development of the investor services function.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; a Master's degree or professional qualification would be advantageous.
- 6-10+ years' experience within Fund Services or a similar financial services environment, including experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of investor services activities, AML/KYC requirements and fund operations, with experience managing complex client relationships.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, combined with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to build relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
