Job Description
Purpose of role
Join our Private Client team and play a key role in delivering exceptional trust and company administration services to an international portfolio of private clients. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to complex structures, develop strong client relationship skills, and build your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Main Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of trusts, companies and private wealth structures, delivering exceptional service to an international client base.
- Build strong client relationships and develop into a trusted adviser, working closely with experienced professionals across the business.
- Support a wide range of client transactions, governance activities and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.
- Collaborate with specialist teams across accounting, compliance and finance to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions for clients.
- Contribute to the continued success of the team by identifying opportunities to enhance client experience, mitigate risk and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A-Level or degree educated, ideally with (or working towards) a professional qualification such as CGI or STEP.
- Previous experience in trust and company administration, financial services, or a related professional services environment.
- A proactive, client-focused team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
