What will you do?

We understand that work, life balance is of utmost importance hence at YOUI CSD our shift is only 5.5 hours long, leaving you with much needed time for family and life in general.

Client Service and Retention is where the action is! You will…

• Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities
• Deliver awesome service
• Sell the benefits of our products – no cold calling!
• Update client details
• Assist with questions and processes
