As the OUTsurance Claims Investigator you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising Business Non Motor claims.

Responsibilities:

• Validate all Business Non Motor incidents and claims
• Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, towing operators etc.
• Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)
• Liaise with service providers
• Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.
• Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients
• Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place

• Matric
• investigations experience will be beneficial
• FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial
• Valid Driver’s license
• Previous investigations experience will be beneficial
• Claims experience
