Job Description
As an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Lead, you will own and evolve O-I’s global OpenText platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and reliability across regions.
You will lead a small, distributed team while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade content management solutions.

This role plays a critical part in enabling secure and scalable management of enterprise content globally. You will directly influence how information is structured, accessed, and governed across the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead and enhance the global ECM platform with a focus on OpenText technologies
- Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
- Design and implement scalable ECM solutions
- Ensure platform availability, performance and security
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis
- Lead and develop a team of 3 offshore ECM specialists
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements
- Lead ECM projects including upgrades, integrations and migrations
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
- Drive continuous improvement of support and delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of IT experience, including Enterprise Content Management platforms.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText technologies (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Center, integrations).
- Experience leading or coordinating distributed / offshore teams
- Experience supporting enterprise- scale platforms in a global environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and functions
- Experience with ECM integrations (e.g., SAP, APIs, other enterprise systems)
- Knowledge of data governance and records management practices

Travel: less than 10%.
Hybrid Work Model: We provide a flexible work arrangement, requiring employees to be on-site at our office in Centro Comercial Viva, Envigado for 2 days per week, with the remaining 3 days working from home.
