Job Description
The Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst plays a key role within the centralized Supply Chain Organization, supporting core functions in Inventory Management, Logistics, and Intercompany Stock Movements. This position is responsible for executing daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks and works closely with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales, as well as external partners including warehouses and transportation vendors. The role ensures that the needs and expectations of O-I Packaging Solutions (OIPS) are met through efficient coordination, accurate reporting, and proactive communication. The Coordinator is expected to represent OIPS professionally and uphold its operational standards and business interests.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations
- Generate and maintain daily Intercias reports and inventory pivot tables for SharePoint.
- Create and manage Stock Transfer Order Purchase Orders (STO POs) for inventory movement between subsidiaries and OIPS warehouse locations.
- Maintain STO POs at month-end and as needed throughout the month.
- Support demand planning process as required to ensure current consensus forecast is updated timely and completely
Inventory Control
- Directed daily, weekly, and monthly operations across third-party warehouse locations supporting O-IPS.
- Managed repack and decoration projects to meet client specifications and timelines.
- Maintained accurate packing material inventory and ensured compliance with warehouse and inventory standards.
- Reviewed daily reports to verify timely receipt and shipment processing.
- Coordinated recycling initiatives, conducted cycle counts, and reconciled inventory discrepancies.
- Served as primary point of contact for internal teams and partner warehouses regarding O-IPS account inquiries.
Logistics Support:
- Create and manage intercompany stock movements to third-party warehouse locations and tender shipments via the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Tender outbound shipments from assigned third-party warehouse locations.
- Conduct daily reviews of logistics and inventory reports; communicate with carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Provide backup coverage for the Logistics team during absences or out-of-office periods.
- Assist the Inventory Control and Logistics Manager with freight vendor account reviews and communications.
- Communicate outbound shipment details to external warehouses, including pick lists and shipment data.
- Provide additional tendering support in E2OPEN as needed.
- Serve as backup for tendering shipments from unassigned warehouse locations.
- Support daily communications with freight carriers regarding open shipments.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; higher education preferred.
Background in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with TMS and SAP preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with effective verbal and written communication.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $49,000 and $50,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
