Job Description

In your role as an Agile Delivery Lead within Information Services, your primary responsibility will be to guide teams towards prioritizing customer value, aligning with our 'Patients First' mission. - Leveraging AI, automation and rollout of advanced cyber controls that support digital transformation strategies
- Implementing advanced technologies in clinical and administrative areas
- Furthering development of the end user support model to help enhance modern infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate release and Sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, Sprint reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Agile/Scrum related meetings.
- Ensure that the development teams are practicing the Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
- Track and communicating Agile/Scrum Team Metrics and/or other key project work related metrics to leadership
- Leverage metrics as a guide to improve the Agile/Scrum Teams predictability
- Assist the Product Owner with backlog maintenance
- Serve as a coach and mentor to the Agile/Scrum Team, to help build a high-performing team and strengthening understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.
- Work with other Agile Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile/Scrum practices within the organization
- Shield the team from external interferences and removes all impediments to the team’s success
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Scrum Certification or recieve Scrum certification within 6 months of hire date
- Experience with MS Teams online collaboration tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to facilitate discussion with all stakeholders
- Ability to identify and manage risks and escalate issues when appropriate
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate through uncertainty
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
- Ability to lead 1-2 Agile/Scrum Teams
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- Experience with Agile tools and practices (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, etc.)
- Experience in software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Life Cycle Management, Process Improvement, Lean, or Change Management
- Ability to develop and contribute in a fun, fast-paced team environment
- Experience in developing and implementing new technologies and processes
