Job Description

Nine is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead the execution of a multi-year digital transformation: the Integrated Consumer Platform. You will act as the "operational engine," transitioning the business from brand-specific silos to a unified, horizontal ecosystem. Partnering with a Senior Program Manager, you will translate strategic goals into disciplined, predictable delivery. This role is based in our Sydney office.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Execution: Map delivery workstreams to business case milestones and ROI targets.

  • Dependency Management: Orchestrate complex integrations across Data, Ad-Tech, Engineering, and Marketing.

  • People Leadership: Lead and upskill a team of Delivery Managers, moving them from "scrum masters" to "delivery owners."

  • Operational Excellence: Use data-driven metrics (Flow, Lead Time) to optimize workstreams and provide executive-level reporting.

  • Pragmatic Governance: Implement "fit-for-purpose" delivery frameworks, balancing agile flexibility with the rigour needed for major migrations.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience delivering large-scale software in high-traffic, complex environments.

  • Transformation Experience: History of working with PMOs to execute formal business cases or digital roadmaps.

  • Leadership: Experience managing delivery professionals and navigating organizational change.

  • Operational Rigour: Obsessed with optimization and using data to diagnose systemic bottlenecks.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Ability to manage competing priorities between Engineering, Product, and Commercial heads.
