Job Description

We're looking for a creative leader to elevate our employee experience and employer brand.

In this 12-month parental leave cover you’ll add real value by driving key initiatives across the Nine Group that will have significant impact. Reporting to the Head of Employer Brand and Experience, you’ll play a central part in the rollout of our new employee listening strategy, advance our employer brand work, and lead a team of two direct reports.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead employer brand and employee experience initiatives across the business
  • Develop and support delivery of Nine’s employee experience events program
  • Develop and deliver employer brand content across internal and external channels
  • Support the development of the employee listening strategy including managing surveys and reporting
  • Lead the development and deployment of Nine’s group onboarding strategy
  • Oversee careers website content, functionality, and candidate experience
  • Drive recruitment marketing, including organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Analyse employer brand performance, candidate behavior, and market trends to inform strategy 
  • Support Talent Acquisition in strengthening employer brand capability
  • Partner with the Diversity & Inclusion team to integrate Nine’s D&I priorities into employer brand and employee experience

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or leading employee experience programs including employee listening and onboarding
  • Experience with employer brand activities, executing on a strategy to drive the brand narrative internally and externally
  • Experience leading a team, coaching others and building their capability
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience writing internal and external content 
  • Autonomous and self-driven
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative 
  • Data and analytical mindset
  • Content planning and development experience, especially using LinkedIn (highly desirable)  
  • Previous experience working with Talent Acquisition teams & processes  (highly desirable)
