Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator you are responsible for delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for your designated agency and client group. You will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and are leaders in the Broadcast media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing incoming briefs and bookings, while supporting proactive sales efforts
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all Nine Broadcast content, products, and USP's.
  • Effectively communicate product value in order to educate clients and deliver on product sales.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally, navigating and working with several departments and stakeholders to deliver solutions for your clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within media agencies - representing the Nine brand in market.
  • Have a passion for the media industry, and a passion to learn about buying models, trends, the competitive landscape, and what this means for Nine.
  • Deliver excellent client service by meeting deadlines and multi tasking to ensure all client needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, relationship and account management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to understand reporting and data 
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise and manage several tasks at once
  • A solid level of confidence to speak to clients individually or in groups
  • Computer literacy - Ideally with experience across both Microsoft and Google systems (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods).
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism
