  • Monitor operational indicators such as panel activity, churn, device activation, and other process-related KPIs from a process and technology perspective; investigate anomalies, identify underlying causes, and coordinate corrective action.
  • Act as an operational interface with Product, Technology, Production, Scripting, and associated teams to clarify requirements, investigate issues, coordinate resolution, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Support and oversee the processes and systems underpinning survey operations, including sample and list preparation, survey distribution, invitations, reminders, and execution monitoring, while the designated function retains day-to-day survey execution ownership.
  • Coordinate operational administration and data-maintenance processes in panel management platforms, including data clean-up and refresh, and help ensure that panel information and operational records remain accurate and usable.
  • Provide structured operational support for requests involving panel processes, systems, and data collection; assess issues, prioritise actions, and escalate risks or dependencies when needed.
  • Review the effectiveness of implemented changes using operational evidence and stakeholder feedback, and refine processes where required.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in process management, operational support, panel operations, or a comparable role involving workflow coordination and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate operational issues, interpret performance information, plan work, and prioritise competing demands.
