Job Description
About the Job
As a Global Enablement IV, you will serve as a subject matter expert for SIRVAL/GRFE and related operational processes within NielsenIQ’s production ecosystem. You will lead and support projects focused on data quality, process optimization, and operational excellence while collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders across Output, Content, Statistical Operations, and Technology teams.
A key focus of this role is driving AI and ML-enabled process transformation by identifying opportunities to embed innovative technologies into operational workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, implement, and scale solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes, while supporting stakeholder adoption and helping teams embrace new ways of working in an AI-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and ML-driven initiatives to enhance data quality, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement solutions that optimize SIRVAL/GRFE processes and related platforms.
- Partner with Global Operations and Technology teams to deliver scalable business improvements.
- Coordinate UAT, deployment, and adoption of new tools, processes, and capabilities.
- Monitor performance and quality KPIs to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze and resolve data, system, and operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a key liaison between business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Maintain process documentation, governance standards, and quality controls.
- Provide technical and functional expertise for platform enhancements and global implementations.
- Drive stakeholder communication, training, and change management initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence across global teams.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
You combine operational understanding and technical curiosity with the ability to influence and bring people together across global teams. You are motivated by applying AI and ML to real operational challenges and can translate technical possibilities into clear business value and practical process changes. You actively seek opportunities to drive change rather than simply adapt to it, taking initiative and turning ideas into action. You are eager to learn, build new AI and ML capabilities, and grow professionally by taking on new challenges and responsibilities within a global team. You constructively challenge established approaches, listen to concerns, and help teams develop the confidence and mindset to adopt new ways of working. You are also expected to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data-, process- or product-related queries, understand the Input Validation process thoroughly, and manage complex projects efficiently and independently.
Requirements:
- English advanced: speaking and writing with fluency
- Ability to collaborate across markets, cultures and functions, translate operational needs into clear requirements for AI and ML initiatives, and work with technical specialists to develop, test and implement process changes.
- Analytical thinking and foundational programming skills (e.g., Python or R), including the ability to understand and modify simple scripts.
- Basic SQL knowledge is required, including the ability to query, filter, join and aggregate data for operational analysis and validation.
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and AI output validation, including prompt creation, response evaluation, and responsible AI usage.
- Experience with GRFE/SIRVAL or Nielsen Input Validation processes, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives, manage projects, and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, training, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and cross-functional teams.
