Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Operations Senior Executive to support the execution and coordination of offline fieldwork activities across Indonesia. This role is responsible for managing vendor coordination, monitoring fieldwork execution, ensuring quality and timeline adherence, and supporting both APAC-commissioned and non-APAC commissioned studies within the BASES portfolio.
The position serves as the key liaison between internal project teams and fieldwork vendors, ensuring smooth operational delivery while maintaining compliance with NIQ quality standards and operational requirements. The role requires strong coordination skills, market research fieldwork experience, and working-level English proficiency. The scope is primarily focused on offline fieldwork operations and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Offline Fieldwork Coordination
Coordinate and monitor offline fieldwork execution based on approved project specifications, questionnaires, survey links, and study materials provided by project teams.
Support fieldwork execution for both APAC-commissioned and non-APAC commissioned studies in Indonesia.
Track project progress and ensure field activities are completed according to agreed timelines and operational requirements.
Maintain project documentation, fieldwork records, and operational reports.
Vendor Management
Act as the primary operational contact for fieldwork vendors and external field partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective project execution.
Monitor vendor performance, delivery quality, productivity, and compliance with NIQ standards.
Support vendor sourcing, feasibility assessment, and costing discussions when required.
Quality & Compliance
Monitor fieldwork quality and adherence to project requirements.
Support investigations related to fieldwork quality concerns and collaborated with internal quality teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Document field incidents, project delays, and operational challenges for continuous operational review.
Ensure field activities comply with NIQ SOPs, quality guidelines, client requirements, and local regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination
Provide regular operational updates to project teams and relevant stakeholders.
Escalate timeline risks, vendor issues, or operational concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with local and regional teams to support successful project delivery.
Support knowledge sharing and operational improvements related to offline fieldwork management.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in market research operations, fieldwork management, vendor coordination, or related operational roles.
Experience managing offline data collection projects and third-party vendors is preferred.
Experience in consumer insights, market research, or field operations is highly desirable.
Exposure to regional or multi-country projects is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

Good understanding of offline fieldwork processes and vendor management.
Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Working-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
