Job Description
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance monitoring, observability, predictive analytics, and operational automation. The role will focus on leveraging Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies to improve system reliability, reduce manual effort, accelerate incident resolution, and enable proactive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI/ML models for anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, and capacity forecasting.
- Build AI-powered solutions for alert correlation, root cause analysis, and operational insights.
- Design and implement Generative AI applications, AI agents, and knowledge assistants.
- Integrate AI capabilities with monitoring and observability platforms.
- Develop intelligent automation and self-healing workflows.
- Analyze monitoring, telemetry, log, and operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Monitoring, Cloud, DevOps, and Application teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve AI model performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Understanding of anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and time-series data analysis.
- Experience with APIs, automation, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (knowledge of multi cloud platform) Azure is primary , AWS/GCP is a plus).
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with AIOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and operational support environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
