You will join an innovation- and client-first culture where creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit are championed, and where the engineering rigor you bring is what allows next-gen ideas to graduate from proof-of-concept into our evolving marketing analytics platform.
Working closely with a team of senior data scientist, solutions consultants, and the Data Science & Product Lead of the Incubation Lab, not to mention the broader Marketing Effectiveness Data Science & Product team you will own the path from algorithm to deployable code—ensuring quality, performance, and reproducibility across everything the Lab ships to clients and to the broader Product & Tech organization.

- Partner with downstream Product & Tech and Modeling COE teams to ensure smooth graduation of Lab innovations into the broader marketing analytics platform.
- Serve as a key engineering support resource for issues, bugs, and blockers on Lab-deployed models and pipelines.
- Stay up to date with advancements in software engineering, ML infrastructure, MLOps, and AI tooling, and work with the Lab leadership to apply them to our platform.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and experimentation within the team by serving as a technical mentor and multiplier to peers and juniors.
